One of my most favourite stories by the King of Writing himself, 11/22/63 is a thrilling read. King takes his Constant Readers through an interesting and thought provoking tale of time travel and what ifs in this story.
Basically a teacher from our “now” finds a way back to the time of 1963, and is faced with the question of “if you could change history, would you?” King writes about not only the possibility of changing the outcome of a major historical event for the greater good, but also the consequences of changing the future because of it.
I read 11/22/63 years ago when it first came out, and the story have definitely stuck with me to this day. I love that Stephen King can do different genres of stories and do them well. Not a lot of horror in this one, but well worth the read!
