
I love this recipe because it’s simple, quick to throw together, and made with common ingredients that are found in most pantries. I also love that there’s usually leftovers for daaays haha

The recipe doesn’t call for it, but I like to add a small can of chilies for an extra little kick.
I love just opening a few cans in the morning, dumping them in my crockpot with a couple of chicken breasts, and coming home after a long day of work to dinner. I’ve even cooked the chicken breasts from frozen and found that they came out cooked, juicy and delicious in this particular recipe. 8 hours on low.
