Slow Cooker Thai Chicken Soup

I have wanted to try the soup for so long, and I’m glad that I finally did! It is very tasty. I thought it might be spicy but it wasn’t. The flavoring was really good.

I made slight adaptations to the recipe: cooked my chicken from frozen, so it ended up more shredded at the end instead of in chunks; cooked the peas from frozen as well 1/2 hour on high; I cooked the soup for 8 hours on low and served it as a soup, so no rice side. Other than that I followed the recipe and really enjoyed it, please don’t be thrown off by the picture, it tastes better than it looks!

Please note: this recipe calls for peanut butter and coconut milk.
