
Spicy! And tasty! I loved this soup. I had recently cleaned out my fridge of expired condiments, so I didn’t have any sriracha sauce or soy sauce. I substituted 1Tbsp of cayenne pepper for the siracha sauce. After work today I bought soy sauce and added it in as soon as I got home.
As usual, I prepped it last night and turned it on this morning. Easy! When we were ready to eat, I cooked up the rice noodles and shredded the chicken and we were good to go. I typically skip garnishes, but I did use some lime juice and it was quite tasty.
