
This was such a delicious dish! So tasty! I don’t typically cook with fresh herbs but I made an exception for this spaghetti with the fresh basil and it was delightful! Also added Swiss Chard to the Spinach and Fresh Basil.
This was fairly easy to make, my only problem was frozen chicken breasts, but that was a quick fix in the microwave. And I was out of spaghetti noodles so I used fettuccini noodles instead.
Little disappointed that I couldn’t really get a sun dried tomato flavour, might just use more next time.
