Right… so this is not a white coloured chili like the title says, but that’s only because I didn’t have any white beans. I used 2 cans of black beans and a can of dark red kidney beans instead.
The rest of the ingredients I kept the same, just using only 1 tin of diced chilies though, as I’m not big on spice. And chicken breasts instead of thighs.
This chili cooked up in my crockpot for 8 hours on low heat, and then my boyfriend shredded the chicken and put in the slurry for me after as I wasn’t feeling well when I got home from work. One thing I might add next time is some corn.
