
These truffles really were easy to make, using only 3 ingredients and some toppings.




For me, the most difficult part was getting it cooled enough to work with. I ended up following the recipe and sticking it in the fridge at first, but ended up sticking it in my freezer for 2- 15 minute intervals to get it to really firm up.
Once the chocolate was firm, I had to work fast to roll it into balls (kinda) and add toppings before the chocolate softened. It was messy work, and I left my sink running to wash my hands.
Once a ball was formed, I rolled it in my selected topping and then put it on the parchment paper. I used cocoa powder, sweetened coconut flakes and sprinkles for toppings.
